This blue dress features sweet ruffle details around the sleeves and at the bottom and the design is done with heat transfer vinyl. In the warmer months pair this dress with some comfy sandals and if it's a little cooler add some leggings and a sweater for a complete outfit.

The dress is a cotton/poly blend and can be machine washed, just turn it inside out for best results.
